- **Can you manage a project delivered by our own team or other partners?** Yes. Project management can be provided on its own or alongside our other services. We establish responsibilities, dependencies, reporting and decision paths with everyone involved, then manage delivery through a shared plan.
- **Can you join a project that is already underway?** Yes. We review the existing plan, commitments, progress and outstanding decisions, then establish a reliable view of what remains. The first priority is to make risks and next decisions clear without interrupting work unnecessarily.
- **How do you manage changes to scope, dates and budget?** We assess a proposed change against the agreed plan and explain its effect on effort, cost, dependencies and timing. The people responsible can then approve it, replace other work or defer it with the consequences understood.
- **Who makes the final decisions?** The decision owner is agreed for each area of work. Our project manager coordinates the information, recommendations and approvals needed to make those decisions, and maintains the decision log so the outcome is clear to everyone involved.
- **What will we see as the project progresses?** You will have an up-to-date plan showing progress, remaining work, costs, risks and decisions requiring attention. The format and review frequency are agreed for the engagement and suited to the way the project is delivered.
